Tyton Wellness is a health coaching service that offers personalized guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their health and well-being. I work with clients to create customized plans that fit their unique needs and goals.
At Tyton Wellness, we start with a free consultation to assess your needs and goals. From there, I work with you to create a personalized plan that includes coaching sessions, resources, and support. I also offer ongoing support to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and wellness can benefit from Tyton Wellness services. Whether you are looking to lose weight, manage a chronic health condition, or simply adopt healthier habits, our coaches are here to support you.
Coaching sessions with Tyton Wellness typically last between 45-60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. We can also work with you to create a customized coaching plan that includes shorter or longer sessions, depending on your schedule and goals.
I offer programs that are either one-on-one coaching or group coaching, or a combination of the two. The groups can be as small as a family unit receiving coaching together, or a larger cohort of clients who get to experience the excitement, support, and accountability of being in a group program.
I work with individuals with a wide range of special needs or disabilities, including ASD, post-stroke recovery, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, TBI, and more. If I feel like my coaching services will not be service to you or not appropriate to your particular case, I will be happy to make referrals to medical specialists who may be able to provide better assistance.
Absolutely! While my focus is on individuals with special needs, I don't exclude those without a disability from my services! The only requirement I have for working with me is a commitment to your health and well-being, and a willingness to show up for yourself every day.
I believe you are never too old to make positive changes in your life, and I am also committed to helping individuals get the best and healthiest start to life. For that reason, I will coach 1-1 with individuals from ages 17+ and family groups of all ages. I can also provide 1-1 coaching for individuals younger than 17 with parent/caregiver approval.
Due to factors of growth and development, I only offer fitness coaching for ages 8+.
I offer a variety of different coaching programs of varying lengths and other options, so it is hard to give a single quote. I will work with each client to determine the best program for their unique needs, so they will always feel confident in the investment.
